Service is fine but you need to provide faster service. Two to weeks for delivery for refills is most inconvenient. You should consider a drop and/or pickup access. It would help in providing faster service and savings.

DrinkmatePR provides a valuable service but needs to shore up their exchange logistics: exchange labels shouldn’t need human intervention. If the customer has an account and has ordered before; just generate a return label; unused labels don’t get charged or can be refunded, so ‘cost’ can’t be the issue. Plus it wastes an employee’s time, not to mention MINE. Oh, then you have to wait for the coupon code. This at least is an extra 2-3 day wait.¹
BACKSTORY:
I originally bought three new 3 cylinders so I had a full cylinder to use while sending the minimum 2 cylinders for exchange. In practice, asking for and getting them to email a return label is an exercise of saintly patience.
I recently purchased a fourth cylinder to level up to ‘buddha patience.’ I began requesting a label (chat and email, even the phone, but it’s an answering service) when I had the required 2 empties and *still* ended using up all four cylinders before the label showed up!
Again, I appreciate the service but they should ramp up the process (and the volume will follow!)
¹ I’m a programmer; I can think of many ways to ‘skin this cat’; alas, I am not currently available for hire.
