 ¿Como hago el intercambio de cilindros?

¡Bien fácil! Debes tener 2 o más cilindros vacíos para intercambiar.  Cuanto estén vacíos, nos escribes por el "chat" de la página solicitando una etiqueta prepagada del USPS.  Después de recibirla, los envías por correo y tan pronto los recibamos, recibirás un cupón de descuento  para tu próxima compra.  Aceptamos SodaPro, Drinkmate y Sodastream.

Estamos aceptando cilindros de SodaStream, pero tenemoos que cambiarle la válvula.  El crédito por cilindros que hay que cambiarles la válvula es de $5.00.  Si ya se la cambiamos, recibirás crédito regular.

 

IMPORTANTE:PARA RECIBIR CREDITO, DEBEMOS RECIBIR 2 O MAS CILINDROS.

 

How do I do the exchange?

You need to buy the cylinders at regular price (as a new one).  When we receive the empty cylinders you will receive via an email with a coupon to use towards your next purchase.  

We are finally accepting SodaStream cylinders.  We however have to change the valve on them.  If you return one to us with Sodastream's valve, we will credit $5.00 per cylinder.  If it was already changed, you'll receive regular credit.

If you need a return label, please write to us via our chat and we'll send you a prepaid shipping label for use with our Drinkmate cylinder boxes.

Once we receive your cylinders, we will email your gift card to the email address provided.  Apply your coupon code when you checkout.
