For some reason, this company takes FOREVER to ship a product to a location less than 10 miles away. Bear in mind, they charge you for the product when you place the order, not when it ships. The company does not communicate with clients to set expectations or approximate shipping date. The product shipped after the projected date and after I followed up. However, they are the only local option, so, meh.

As always fresh cylinders are fab, but exchange turnaround time leaves a lot to be desired. In theory, you should be able to complete an exchange in the time it takes to use up your last new cylinder.
Requesting the label, waiting for the discount code to order refills, and the actual fulfillment is approaching the ‘Allow 4-6 weeks’ standard not seen since the 80s. I like the 80s but I have 0 nostalgia for that bit.
Cross-town USPS service is consistently next day (not the problem). I sincerely hope drinkmatepr.com overcomes their logistics issues. You shouldn’t need to have 4-6 cylinders in rotation and still ‘sweating it.’

The cylinders work for SodaStream which was great. The only issue was that the shipment arrived 2 weeks after payment. It was split off into two shipments arriving 3 days apart from each other. To be fair, the seller did offer a $10 off coupon to compensate for the delay.
