New Drinkmate CO² 2 Pack Cylinders

My order took over 6 months to be delivered!!!! How can that be acceptable??

The delivery time was excessively long. At this point, I no longer have the equipment, as it took more than six months to receive the tanks. This delay has significantly impacted our operations. I believe that the process for obtaining replacement tanks should be more efficient and expedited in order to prevent this type of situation in the future.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Customer service is poor, order fulfillment takes months, plural. I had to call their corporate offices and tell them I was going to file a complaint with the BBB just for them to reimburse me for my empty cylinders. Because I had called (and emailed) the local store several times with no answer. Then, when I placed the order for the new cylinders and contacted them after 2 months, I was given the runaround. I said I was going to contact DACO and only then they bothered to ship my order. And the email they sent confirming the shipment? It didn't contain a tracking number, but it did scold me because "as per the webpage, the orders are taking longer than usual". Can you imagine a company scolding the people that makes their business possible?

Took a littler longer than expexted.

Order takes months to receive; Customer service now sucks. First if all, I really love sparkling water and I was thrilled a couple years ago to have found a company that ships within PR - I| have been a regular consumer for approx. 3 years. However, the last three orders have progressively taken longer, with the explanation being they simply ate low on stock. Teally?!? You sell like three products; it's not rocket science to figure out your customer consumption levels and get ahead of yiur suply chsin with a product that has such a long shelf life. I placed my last order AUGUST. 12, 2025 and finally received it NOVEMBER 1, 2025. I wrote the company chat and email several times, requesting status on my order.... NO RESPONSE. Terrible. All you did was show me that I can live without your product... This is my last order. DO BETTER.

VERY difficult to receive responses regarding order status. I’ve been waiting 12 weeks so far and have not received my 4 canisters. Beyond Frustrating. While I respect there are supply issues, the lack of following up should be improved.

Love being able to make my own carbonated water. So happy I can get the carbon dioxide gas canisters in Puerto Rico.

You never sent me these. I've been trying to contact you for months. I regret sending my empties to you. You never called me back. I've left many messages. Tracking from USPS shows you never shipped. I'm going to have to ask for a refund.

Drink mate is the only option for CO2 I can find in PR. Works great and their recycling program is cool, but I’ve emailed customer service a few times and never heard back + you order and it takes over 2 months to arrive with no communication. Not ideal.

The product does its job well and is easy to use, however, I was waiting for the CO2 cylinders for about two months. It's not practical for someone running a business.

I’m so happy to have it but it took 4 months from the time I ordered it.

The only issue I have is that the delivery for my cylinders take about a month or more.

It took months to get this to me. I don't understand why this is such a difficult thing to get on this island. You can't go to a store to do exchanges & you will wait months to receive you order.

Read this — Product is acceptable but the ownership/customer service is horrible. It took over a month for the order to ship (far longer than the estimate). I reached out to customer service (3 times) for updates and was ignored until I threatened to have my bank process a charge-back to cancel the order. Magically within 24 hours of threatening this, they responded and shipped my order. Not an acceptable way to treat customers and I’ve found faster shipping via Amazon. You have been warned…

Faster enough to ship the product

Time from order to receive is too long. Perhaps holidays caused a delay, but last year i had same experience. I'm only in p.r. a few times a year and need it when i order.

It took 2 months to receive my purchase

The cylinders are what expect. It's the shipping that is horrendous. It takes more than a month to get your cylinders from placing your order. If you are heavy user, make sure to order at least 6 weeks in advance and order enough for that time. I don't understand why they don't have these in stock. But it is what it is on the island.

Los canales de comunicación no son eficientes, instrucciones de envío no fueron claras y el correo inicialmente no me quisieron recibir la mercancía. La orden inicial se realizó el 22 de julio, estamos a 25 de septiembre y aún no tenemos la orden completa.

Your delivery times are terrible!Four to six weeks is ridiculous

Took weeks for this company to ship the product. When it finally shipped, it took so long to arrive that I had already left town for a trip. The box sat in the sun for days and the carbonation wasted.

Great product. Often the shipping takes quite a bit longer than expected. About a month from ordering to shipping. I will reorder and recycle the bottles.

Es una adquisición reciente, pero hasta ahora encantados con el resultado de los cilindros para esta máquina, con la que hemos sustituido la compra de botellas de agua con gas.

Los cilindros vienen perfectamente empacados y bien llenos... lo único que a veces hay que esperar un poquito para que te lleguen por razones de logística.. Los recomiendo pues son bien responsables !!

Fulfillment of return labels and refills orders are now lagging (we’re talking several weeks); keep this in mind when estimating your CO₂ cartridge needs. I sincerely hope they can improve on this.

My overall experience has been horrible. I placed an order on January 4th and was not delivered until mid February. I understand the company had inventory issues but that does not mean that communication wth client should be proactive. I had to do weekly follow ups via phone, mail and the worst was mo feedback. The product is great I Expect service to improve for cylinder replacements

We paid for 4 cartridges. We returned 4 empty cartridges. They have only sent us two cartridges and do not respond to myMessages. If I do not receive an answer from them, I will do a dispute with credit card company. I am sorry to do that but I don’t understand what is going on with DrinkmatePR

This is the third time I buy from them! It’s been working perfect for us. Each cylinder lasts us about one month and a half to two months (we drink a lotttt of carbonated water. Probably 2-3 bottles a day). We are actually saving money as we used to buy bottles of sparkling water from Costco. Now I don’t have to worry about throwing away 24 plastic bottles every two weeks. Also, if you return 2 cylinders you get 50% off your next purchase! That’s a really good deal! Thank you for making these cylinders available here in Puerto Rico!

The product arrived well packaged and works, however, it did take a while to be sent.

I’m glad I found this product in Puerto Rico. Being that soda stream does not deliver here. I only have two problem 1. I ordered the three pack and only got two. I’ve been writing to the company and explained but their answer to me was that they sent the third one separately which I never received. They still have not rectified that. 2. They should send you a printed label to return the used cans, inserted of having to contact them and then print them. Other than that I am very happy with the product.

Excellent product. I received the merchandise a week after place my order.

My first exchange: a little confusing how to request a return label for the ‘empties’ but after I got through (by email), it all went quick and smooth.
